Int. Reon's Apartment (Living Room) - 31st December 2002, Tuesday Afternoon

The scene continue as Reon is seen sitting on the sofa with Sky standing opposite him.

Reon : Even as the famous Ch0s3n 0ne, you don't have the right to barge into my home.

Sky : It's not barging in when you gave me the right.

Reon : That was in the past, when I'm good. Now that I'm me again, I will have to take that right back.

Sky : No use. I'm still going to come here.

Reon : Then I will have to kill you.

Sky : You can try ..

Reon throw a fireball towards Sky but Sky blast it off, causing an impact that send him back. He hit against the book shelves and land on the floor.

Reon : You're no match against me.

Sky : Not really.

Sky flick his hands and blast Reon out of the sofa.

Sky : Our powers grow over the days.

Reon (gets up) : Looks like you improved quite a lot.

Sky : Turn back before you make anymore mistakes, Reon.

Reon : Too late for that now, don't you think ?

Sky : It's never too late if you turn back now.

Just then, Sirius orbed in front of Sky.

Sirius : Hey .. Look ..

Reon (interupt) : Hello, Sirius. Long time no see.

Sirius turn back and walk beside Sky when he saw Reon.

Sky : Sirius, let's go.

Sirius : What is he doing here ?

Reon : This is my house. Why can't I be here ?

Sky : (Pulling Sirius) Sirius, let's go.

Sirius orbed out with Sky. Reon look at the spot where both of they were and smiled.

Int. Manor (Sky's Room) - Late Afternoon

Sky and Sirius orbed in. Sky sit on his bed.

Sirius : Sky, what happened back then ?

Sky : Nothing. We just have a little chat.

Sirius : Really ? Then what is your clothes bloodied ?

Sky check his arm and saw a patch of blood on it. Sirius walk over and put his hand over it. Instantly, a golden glow shines from his hand and onto the wound. After a few seconds, the wound is healed and blood patch on the clothes is gone.

Sky : Thanks.

Sirius (squat in front of Sky) : Tell me. Remember we promise each other, no secrets ?

Sky : Yes, we have a fight but it is nothing serious.

Sirius : Nothing serious ? You are bleeding.

Sky : Don't be so dramatic. It was just a little blood. Besides, I blast him too.

Sirius : Remember what the book said ? Run when you see them.

Sky : He is still our friend.

Sirius : No, he killed Serene, the one he love. How can he still be your friend ?

Sky : Remember Serene said he is under a spell, cast by the Bro7herhood ? If we can break that, he is saved.

Just then, a holy sound is heard by us the audience and Sirius but not Sky. Sirius look up.

Sky : What's wrong ?

Sirius : Don't know. The Elders summoned me. I better go check it out.

Sky : Ok.

Sirius : Sky, don't go back to Reon's place. He may still be there.

(Sky nodded.)

Sirius : We talk later. I love you.

Sky : I love you too.

Sirius orbed out. Sky proceed out of the room.

Int. Living Room

Sky came down from the stairs and saw Summer and Kuri sitting on the sofa, watching television. He walk towards them and sit beside them.

Sky : Hey ..

Summer : Hey ..

Kuri : Erm .. do I know you ?

Sky : Woah .. what's wrong ?

Kuri : What's wrong ? You're gone for almost 2 months without a news !! Where the hell did you go ?

Sky : What the hell are you talking about ? I was only gone for 2 weeks.

Summer : No .. you're gone for 2 months.

Sky : That's not possible ..

Summer pass today's paper to Sky, whose eyes widen when he saw the date.

Sky : It's supposed to be November !! Not December !!

Kuri : Told you you've been gone for 2 months.

Sky : But it feels like 2 weeks up in the heaven.

Summer : Maybe the time move differently up there ?

Sky : Maybe .. Oh god .. I'm so sorry !!

Summer & Kuri : It's ok.

Sky : Oh god !!

Kuri : What now ?

Sky : I haven't bought my textbooks and also make my school pants ..

Summer (interupt) : Don't worry. We have already bought the books for you.

Kuri : As for the pants, we took one of your jeans and bring it to the school tailor to make it.

Sky : Oh .. Thank you, guys. I owe you 2 one. So .. any demon attack when I'm gone ?

Just then, 5 demons shimmered in front of them.

Kuri : Not so much until now.

The Ch0s3n 0nes jumped from their seat onto the back of the sofa as one of demon shoot an energy ball towards the screen ..

End Of Act 1

Int. Manor (Living Room) - Tuesday Evening

The Screen lights up on a demon's face which has flames surrounding it and after a few seconds, he exploded. The screen zoom back in the living room, seeing scorched marks on the floor beside 2 demons. The Ch0s3n 0nes stand up from behind of the sofa.

Kuri : You guys again ? Why can't you just give up ?

Demon 1 : It's our lord's order. We have to kill you.

Summer : Crap.

Summer throw 2 potions on them and they exploded after a painful shout.

Sky : Again ? Have they attacked more than once ?

Summer : This is the reason why demonic activities has been light.

Sky : What do you mean ?

Kuri : They start attacking us like a few weeks ago, and everytime are the same lot of demons. If they didn't attack us, I think there will be no demonic activity at all.

Sky : But .. Who sent them ?

Kuri : What do you think ?

Sky : The Bro7herhood ?

Kuri : Bingo.

Sky : We can't let them keep attacking us. We need to figure out a way.

Sky proceed up the stairs, followed by Summer and Kuri.

Int. Attic

Sky enter the attic with Summer and Kuri behind him. Sky walk towards the table and take some of the potions while Summer and Kuri stand beside him.

Summer : What do you intend to do ?

Sky : I want to send a message to the Underworld, especially to the Bro7herhood.

(Sky take a potion.)

Kuri : Where are you going ?

Sky : To send the message.

Sky dropped the potion on his feet and dematerialised via the smoke.

Kuri : Where do you think he is heading ?

Summer : Don't know.

Int. Reon's Apartment

Sky materialised into the empty apartment. Sky look around.

Sky : Reon, I know you can hear me.

Sky wait for a while but nothing happened.

Sky : Reon !! I'm in your house now !!

Reon flamed in after a few seconds.

Reon : Quit shouting, Ch0s3n 0ne. And my name is Reonix, not Reon.

Sky : Ok Reonix.

Sky flicked his hands and blast Reon, sending towards the table, crashing it.

Sky : Stop sending demons after us. In the long run, you guys will be the one suffering.

Reon throw a fireball towards Sky but the attack was deflected by Sky's forcefield.

Reon : No can do. We are demons, you are good. How can you ask us to stop killing you ?

Sky : Since you want a war, I will give you a war.

Reon : The war has already begun.

Reon throw another fireball towards Sky in fast motion, which hit him and send him hitting against the wall, landing hard on the floor.

Int. Attic

Summer and Kuri is still standing by the table.

Kuri : Where do you think he has gone to ?

Summer : No idea. Maybe the underworld ?

Kuri : If he is really there, won't it be too dangerous for him ?

Summer : He got his forcefield to protect him, no worries.

Just then, Sirius orbed in.

Summer : Hey, long time no see.

Kuri : Ya. Thanks for kidnapping our buddies-cum-partner for almost 2 months.

Sirius : Oh .. sorry. Forgot to mention the time's change in here and above.

Kuri : And now we know.

Sirius : Sorry .. By the way, where's Sky ?

Summer : He went to send a message to the Underworld.

Sirius : And you guys didn't stop him or go with him ?

Summer : We didn't have time. He just dropped the potion like dat. (Snap her fingers)

(Sirius nodded and close his eyes.)

Kuri : What are you doing ?

Sirius : I'm trying to sense where Sky is. Lightbringers are able to sense where their charge is once the connection is formed.

Summer : That means you can sense us too ?

Sirius nodded, still closing his eyes. Suddenly, he open his eyes and orbed out.

Summer & Kuri : Sirius !! Where are you going ?

Int. Reon's Apartment - Night

Sky is seen sitting by the television, panting, with bruises on his face and arms. Reon is seen across the roon by the wall, panting too, with bruises and bleeding on his face and arms.

Sky : I know I can't kill you but I can definitely beat the crap out of you.

Reon : You can try. I can both beat the crap out of you and kill you.

Sky : Then why didn't you ?

Reon : If I kill you now, it won't be so fun anymore, going up against the Ch0s3n 0nes, 3 minus 1.

Just then, Sirius orbed in beside Sky.

Sirius : Are you ok ?

Reon : Oh look .. here comes the lover.

Sky : Sirius, why are you here ? Go.

Sirius : No, I'm not leaving without you.

Sky : I will be fine. Go.

Sirius : But ..

Sky (interupt) : Go !!

Sirius orbed out unreluctantly. Sky then stand up while getting support from the TV and Reon gets up.

Reon : Round 2.

(Sky flicked his hands.)

Int. Manor - Attic

Sirius orbed in and look around.

Sirius : Summer !! Kuri !!

Sirius paced back and forth while waiting for them to come up. After a while, Summer and Kuri enter the attic.

Summer : Sirius !! Where did you go just now ?

Sirius : To where Sky is. Reon's apartment.

Kuri : What ? Is Sky all right ?

Sirius : No. When I got there, he was all bruised and stuff but he keep asking me to leave, not wanting me to accompany him.

Kuri : Ok, we need to go to him now. Sirius.

Sirius nodded and orbed out of the attic with Summer and Kuri.

Int. Reon's Apartment

Sky is seen flying against the television set, crashing it while Reon is seen thrown towards a glass table, smashing it. Sky look up with his head bleeding at Reon, who is now panting.

Sky : Looks like we are on par here.

Reon : No, I'm much stronger than you. We can't be on par.

Sky and Reon try to stand up, grabbing something to gain support.

Sky : Reon, what happened to you ? I don't belive you just change like this overnight.

Reon : Well, believe it.

Reon throw another fireball towards Sky, who blast it out. Sky then flick his hands, blasting Reon towards the wall. Just then, Sirius orbed in with Summer and Kuri.

Sky : Guys .. Sirius, why are you here ? I thought I told you to go back ?

Sirius : No, Sky. I can't just let you commit sucide. Besides, you've send your message.

Summer : Listen up. Reon. This is a warning to you and the underworld. Do not attack us as and when you like or we'll make sure the last thing you see, is yourself and the demons surrounded by flames.

Reon : You can't do that.

Kuri : You want to try it now ?

Sky : Kuri, No. Let's go. I think I've make myself clear.

Sirius hold Sky and the 4 of them orbed out. Reon's face suddenly change to agony and flamed out.

End Of Act 2

Int. Manor (Attic) - Tuesday Night

The Ch0s3n 0nes and Sirius orbed in, with Sirius holding Sky. Suddenly, Sky fall onto the floor.

Summer : Sky !! Are you ok ?!

Kuri : Can you hear us ?

Sky try to answer but he faint.

Summer, Kuri & Sirius : Sky !!

The 3 of them shake Sky furiously for a few seconds and stop. Sirius then put his hand over Sky and a golden glow shone over him, all his wounds beginning to heal. After a while, the wounds disappeared and the glow subsides but Sky is still unconscious.

Kuri : Why isn't he awake ?

Sirius : He is tired from the fight just now. I'll bring him to his room.

Summer and Kuri nodded and Sirius carry Sky and proceed out of the attic.

Kuri : This is all messed up.

Summer : At least Sky send the message across. Right now we can only hope he is all right.

Kuri nodded and the 2 of them proceed out of the attic.

Int. Underworld - Chamber Of Bro7herhood
Eternal Night

Reon flamed in and fall onto the ground. Ira and Dilous rush to his side and help him up.

Ira : My brother, who did this to you ?

Reon (weakly) : Ch0 .. Ch0s3n 0ne.

Dilous : Damn them .. I shall send someone to kill them now.

Reon (weakly) : No. Their powers are much stronger now. Just by one of them alone, I almost can't make it back.

Ira : Then we need to send more powerful demons to kill them now.

Reon (weakly) : No. If we want to get rid of them, we must use a different approach.

Ira : You got anything in mind ?

Reon : Something but I need more time to plan.

Dilous : Take your time, we have a lot of chance to kill them.

Ira : But first, we must get you healed.

Ira and Dilous get Reon up and flamed out.

Int. Manor (Sky's Roon) - Wednesday Morning

The screen transits from the chamber to Sky's room, where Sky is still unconscious. Sirius is seen sleeping beside him, holding his hands. Sky open his eyes and survey around. His eyes stop when he saw Sirius sleeping beside him and brush his hair. Sirius awake and rub his eyes.

Sirius : You're awake.

Sky : Ya.

Sirius : How are you feeling ?

Sky : Physcially or emotionally ?

Sirius : Both.

Sky : Physcially, ya. I feel all right. Emotionally, no.

Sirius : Talk to me.

Sky : Sigh .. I just .. I don't know how to save him now. He has sank so deep and I'm afraid that even if I break the spell, he will still continue like this.

Sirius : You can't save everyone, you know that.

Sky : I know but he is my friend. I have to save him.

Sirius : All right, we will save him, one way or another but right now, you need to rest. With the furious fight you had with him just now, you need a long rest.

Sky : That wasn't any huge fight.

Sirius : You 2 crashed the house.

Sky : That wasn't my house so I don't care. Look, bottomline is, we have to save him, soon.

Sky wanted to get up from the bed but Sirius press him down.

Sirius : No, you need to rest.

Sky : But ..

Sirius (interupt) : Don't argue with me on this too, Sky. You need to rest and that's it.

Sky : I'm ..

Sirius (interupt) : Rest !!

Sky laugh midly as Sirius give a peck on Sky's forehead and proceed out of the room. Sky look at the door as it closes and smiled to himself before turning to a side and close his eyes.

Int. Living Room

Sirius come down from the stairs and sit on the couch beside the sofa Summer and Kuri is seen sitting.

Summer : Has he awaken yet ?

Sirius : Ya. He is all right now but he is still a little upset over Reon.

Kuri : I don't blame him. He is our friend and we have gone through so much together. Still hard to believe that he just turned evil overnight.

Summer : Sky took this job upon him. We are in this together so if he wants to get Reon back, we are all in this together.

Sirius : How ?

Summer : Don't know but we will come up with something.

Kuri : We will always do.

(Sirius yawned.)

Kuri : Are you ok ? You look tired.

Sirius : Ya. I was up all night, taking care of Sky.

Summer : Why don't you go and have a rest ? You haven't rest since both of you come back from the Heaven.

Sirius : What if demons attack you and you are hurt ?

Kuri : Then we will wake you up for some healing session. Go and rest.

Sirius : All right. Good night.

Summer : Should be good morning. Hahahaz ..

Sirius laugh as he proceed upstairs.

Kuri : What are we going to do now ?

Summer : Breakfast ?

Kuri : What a wonderful word. Let's go.

Summer laughed and the 2 of them proceed upstairs.

Int. Underworld - Cave
Eternal Night

Reon is seen lying on a rock bed with a demon treating on his wounds and Ira and Dilous beside him. After a while, the demon got up with a bowl and head towards the fire.

Dilous : How is his wounds ?

Demon : He will be fine but he needs to rest for a few days. Whoever did this to him must be pretty powerful.

Dilous : It's the Ch0s3n 0nes. Damn them. My brother, allow me to launch an attack on them.

Ira : Be careful.

Dilous nodded and flamed out.

Ira : Will he wake up soon ?

Demon : No.

Ira : I will be handling some matters now. Keep him safe. Anything happen to him, you shall go to the wasteland.

Demon : Yes, my liege.

(Ira flamed out.)

The demon walk out of the room, leaving the sleeping Reon on the bed.

Int. Manor (Living Room) - Wednesday Late Morning

Dilous flamed in and 5 demon shimmered in after a few seconds. They look around, seeing an empty house.

Dilous : Go and look for the Ch0s3n 0nes !!

The 5 demons nodded and some proceed upstairs while some went into the kitchen ..

Int. Sky's room

The demon open the door and saw Sky and Sirius sleeping on the bed. He smiled and close the door ..

Int. Living Room

Dilous is seen sitting on the sofa with 4 demon surrounding him. Just then, the demon seen before come down from the stairs and walk to the front of Dilous.

Demon 1 : Upstairs is almost empty but one of the Ch0s3n 0nes is up there, with a man.

Dilous : Which one ?

Demon 1 : The male one.

Dilous : Perfect ..

[Screen Black Out]

Int. Manor (Living Room) - Wednesday Afternoon

The door open and Summer and Kuri with a packet enter. As Kuri put the packet down on the table, 2 familiar demons shimmered in and begin throwing energy balls at Summer and Kuri. They squat down to shun the attack.

Summer : Crap. Can't we have a peaceful morning ?

Kuri : We can .. right after vanquishing them.

Kuri stands up and telekinate the 2 demons towards the walls. The 2 demons stand up and and throw 2 energy ball towards Kuri but she swing her hands and telekinate the balls back to them, vanquishing them.

Summer : Nice work.

Kuri : Thanks.

Summer : I hope the attack just now didn't wake Sky and Sirius up. They needed the sleep, badly.

Kuri : So you mean .. we do this on our own ?

(Summer nodded.)

Kuri : Fine with me. Let's go.

Summer and Kuri proceed up the stairs.

Int. Attic

Summer and Kuri enter the attic, only to find Sky and Sirius tied up on the couch.

Sky : Guys go !! This is a trap !!

Dilous and the 3 demons shimmered in.

Dilous : Ch0s3n 0nes !! Nice to see you again.

Summer : Let them go.

Dilous : Let them go? No way.

Dilous signal the demons and they walk towards them, with energy balls in their hands. They throw the balls towards them but Kuri telekinate them away. Then she swing her hands and telekinate the demons towards the wall. Summer then rush to the table and took the potion. Dilous swing his hand and sent Summer towards the door.

Sky : Sirius, orbed out and untie me.

Sirius nodded and orbed out. He orb in after a few seconds beside Sky and begin to untie him. The screen move back to Summer, who got up by having the door as support.

Dilous : Not as powerful as you seems before, huh ?

Summer : What do you want ?

Dilous : Revenge .. on you guys. You guys beat the crap out of Reonix and I'm going to do the same to you.

Just then, the 3 demons exploded and Dilous is sent back, with a small explosion on his chest, towards the table.

Sky : You're saying ?

Sky and Sirius walk towards Summer and Kuri and join them. Dilous stand up and walk a few steps in front.

Dilous : Even without minions, I can still kill you.

Sky : You can try.

Sky flicked his hands and blast Dilous towards the wall. Dilous stand up and throw a fireball towards the Ch0s3n 0nes but Kuri telekinate it back, going past him and against the wall.

Dilous : You guys are smart but we won't let you off the next time.

Sky wanted to flick his hands but Dilous flamed out.

Sky : Damn it.

Summer : Well, at least another problem is solved.

Sky : No it's not. They are going to come back soon and we have to prepare for them.

Sirius : Sky, you need to relax. Let that be the problem for tomorrow.

(Sky nodded and sighed.)

Summer : Well, I agree. You know what, we haven't really celebrate you guys for coming back. Why don't we have a small dinner celebration ?

Sky : Yes .. And I shall cook again.

Sirius : I'll help you.

Sky : Don't think you can charm your way out of the argument. We are not finish.

Sirius (smiling) : Oh crap.

(The 4 of them laughed.)

Kuri : Can I call Sean to come ?

Sky : No problem. Call the Inspector as well.

Summer : Leave it to me.

Sky nodded and the 4 of them proceed out of the attic. The screen zoomed out slowly on the empty attic.

End Of Act 3

Int. Manor (Kitchen) - Wednesday Night

The screen lights up in an overview of Singapore, from afternoon to night. Cars are driving in the road in fast motion, people taking cabs home and the various lights scence in Singapore. The screen transits to the exterior of the manor, showing up to down. Then it transits into the kitchen, where Sky is cooking and Sirius beside him, throwing some ingredient into the pot. Sky scooped up a spoonful of the soup and let Sirius taste, who give a delightful face after having a sip.

Sirius : This soup is simply delicious. What is it ?

Sky : Minestron soup. Kinda like a vegetables soup only a bit more salty and spicy.

Sirius : Cool. Cook more in the future, for me.

Sky (look at Sirius) : I sure will, provided if they let you.

Sirius : Who ?

Sky : The Elders.

Sirius : Sky, I know the Elders wasn't being too nice to you for the past few days.

Sky : Days ? Try weeks. Everytime you're away, I wander around in Heaven and although the other Lightbringers are quite respectful towards me, they keep "begging" me to quit seeing you.

Sirius : Sky, you and I know that this won't be an easy road. We are breaking the number 1 rule of heaven here. We have to persevere through it.

Sky : I know. It's just .. this is our business, not theirs. I don't see why they must interfere.

Sirius : Neither do I but since they have opposed it, we have to work harder to change their thinking.

Sky and Sirius hugged and kissed. Just then, the doorbell rang and they let go.

Summer (voice) : I'll get it !!

Sirius : Promise me you will stay by me, no matter what.

Sky : Promise. And you promise me no matter what, you will not leave me.

Sirius : Not a chance.

(Sky smiled.)

Sky : Well, the dinner is almost ready. Can you help me lay the table ?

Sirius : No problem.

Sirius proceed to the cabinet and take out some plates and utensils and proceed out.

Int. Hallway

Summer open the door and saw Derick.

Summer : Hey, you're here.

Derick : Yup. And I brought something extra.

Derick lift up his hand, holding a champange bottle.

Summer : I don't think we can drink that.

Derick : Don't worry, it's sparkling juice.

Summer : Oh good. Come on in.

Summer lead Derick in and close the door behind him.

Int. Living Room

Summer lead Derick into the living room, where Kuri and Sean are seen talking. Summer take the bottle from him and proceed into the kitchen. Derick then sit on the couch beside the sofa Kuri and Sean is.

Kuri : Hey .. long time no see.

Derick : Well, all the cases I've got are quite normal so I didn't want to bother you guys.

Kuri : Thank you. By the way, this is my boyfriend, Sean. (To Sean) Sean, this is my Inspector friend, Derick.

Sean : Hi, Inspector. | Derick : Hi .. Just call me Derick.

Sean : Ok. So, how do you know them ?

Kuri : Erm .. we met him through a friend, and he will ask us for help sometimes.

Sean : Really ? About what ?

Kuri : Erm ..

Derick : Paperwork.

Sean : I see.

Summer (voice) : Hey !! Dinner's ready !!

Kuri, Sean and Derick got up from the sofa and proceed to the dining room but Kuri stopped Derick halfway.

Kuri : Derick, please don't tell him what we are. I didn't really tell him what we can do.

Derick : Don't worry. Your secret is safe with me.

Kuri : Thanks.

Int. Dining Room

Sirius and Sky are seen putting the dishes on the table and Summer is sitting down, following by Kuri, Sean and Derick. After laying them down, Sky and Sirius sit down.

Summer : This dinner is set to celebrate you guys for coming back, and hope you guys won't quarrel again anytime soon.

Sky : We didn't quarrel !! We just .. discuss, loudly.

Kuri : Ya, save your excuses. If that is true, it must be some pretty serious stuff.

Sky : Oh be quiet.

The table is burst with laughter. Derick pour the juice on everyones' glass and hold his glass up.

Derick : I will like to propose a toast to you guys. May you all be safe and be happily in bliss forever.

Sky & Sirius : Thank you.

Kuri & Sean : Thank you

Summer : Thanks ..

They tink their glasses to together and the screen zoomed out slowly as they continue their dinner ..
